Privacy Policy

Per-App Volume Profiles（主畫面 icon 顯示為 AppVolume，以下簡稱「本 App」）由 xup Studio 開發。我們從第一天就為隱私而設計，本政策說明我們收集了什麼、為什麼、以及你的選擇。

1. 簡而言之

  • 所有設定檔、規則、HealthKit 資料 只儲存在你的裝置與你的 iCloud 私人區。
  • 我們 沒有伺服器 儲存使用者的個人健康或行為資料。
  • 不接第三方廣告 SDK、不販售資料、不建立跨 App 使用畫像。

2. 我們收集的資訊

2.1 你在 App 內建立的內容（本機）

設定檔、音量規則、觸發條件、自訂偏好設定。這些資料只儲存在裝置本機（SwiftData）與你的 iCloud 私人 CloudKit 區。我們的開發者無法從伺服器端讀取。

2.2 HealthKit 資料（本機）

若你授權，我們會讀取 HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.headphoneAudioExposure（耳機音量暴露）來呈現 7 天 / 24 小時趨勢與過量門檻提醒。HealthKit 原始資料 一律本機處理，從不離開你的裝置。

2.3 匿名分析資料（Firebase Analytics）

我們會記錄 匿名功能事件，例如：onboarding 步驟完成、widget 新增、設定檔建立次數、paywall 顯示次數、評分提示展示等。這些事件 不含：

  • 你建立的設定檔名稱（使用者輸入）
  • 規則中的 target App bundle ID（可推斷使用習慣）
  • HealthKit 原始 dB 數值
  • email 或任何個人標識資訊

2.4 當機紀錄（Firebase Crashlytics）

當 App 異常終止時，我們會收集匿名當機堆疊與當下的功能旗標（active profile ID 為 UUID、IAP 狀態為 free/pro）。這幫助我們修復 bug，不用於識別個人。

2.5 回饋表單（Firebase Firestore）

若你主動在設定頁送出回饋，我們會儲存：評分、留言、App 版本、iOS 版本、裝置型號、locale、活躍設定檔數量、是否為 Pro 訂閱者。Email 為選填。

3. 我們不做什麼

  • 不接第三方廣告 SDK。
  • 不販售或出租任何資料給第三方。
  • 不建立跨 App 使用者畫像。
  • 不上傳你的 HealthKit 原始數據。
  • 不在 Analytics 中傳輸使用者輸入的字串。

4. iCloud 同步

設定檔備份使用 Apple 的 CloudKit 私人區（private database）。資料儲存在 你自己的 iCloud 帳號，xup Studio 沒有讀取權限。停止同步時請在 iOS 設定 → [你的名字] → iCloud → 管理儲存空間中移除「Per-App Volume Profiles」的資料。

5. 第三方服務

  • Apple（iOS、Shortcuts、HealthKit、CloudKit、StoreKit）— 受 Apple 隱私權政策保護。
  • Google Firebase（Analytics / Crashlytics / Firestore / App Check / Authentication）— 受 Firebase 隱私權政策 保護。

6. 兒童隱私

本 App 不主動針對 13 歲以下兒童。我們不會在知情情況下收集兒童的個人資訊。

7. 你的權利

  • 查閱與刪除：所有資料皆在你的裝置與 iCloud 上，可直接在 iOS 系統內完整刪除。
  • 撤回授權：iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → HealthKit / Shortcuts 可隨時撤回。
  • 關閉分析：iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → Analytics 可關閉系統層級資料分享。

9. 變更

Per-App Volume Profiles (Home Screen icon labeled AppVolume; hereafter "the App") is developed by xup Studio. We designed for privacy from day one. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. TL;DR

  • Every profile, rule, and HealthKit reading lives only on your device and in your iCloud private zone.
  • We operate no server that holds your personal health or behavioral data.
  • No third-party ad SDKs. No data sale. No cross-app behavioral profiling.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Content You Create In-App (On-Device)

Profiles, volume rules, triggers, custom preferences. This data lives only in on-device storage (SwiftData) and your iCloud private CloudKit zone. Our developers cannot read it from a server.

2.2 HealthKit Data (On-Device)

If you authorize it, we read HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.headphoneAudioExposure to render 7-day / 24-hour trends and threshold alerts. Raw HealthKit data is processed entirely on-device and never leaves your phone.

2.3 Anonymous Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We log anonymous feature events such as: onboarding step completion, widget added, profile creations, paywall views, review prompt shown. These events do not include:

  • The names of profiles you create (user input)
  • Target app bundle IDs in your rules (could imply usage habits)
  • Raw HealthKit dB readings
  • Email or any personally identifying information

2.4 Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

When the App crashes, we collect an anonymous crash stack along with feature flags (active profile ID as UUID, IAP state as free/pro). This helps us fix bugs and is not used to identify individuals.

2.5 Feedback Form (Firebase Firestore)

If you voluntarily submit feedback from Settings, we store: rating, message body, app version, iOS version, device model, locale, active profile count, Pro subscriber status. Email is optional.

3. What We Don't Do

  • No third-party ad SDKs.
  • No selling or renting your data to anyone.
  • No cross-app behavioral profiles.
  • No uploading of your raw HealthKit readings.
  • No user-typed strings transmitted in Analytics.

4. iCloud Sync

Profile backups use Apple's CloudKit private database. Data resides in your own iCloud account; xup Studio has no access. To stop syncing, remove "Per-App Volume Profiles" data via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Apple (iOS, Shortcuts, HealthKit, CloudKit, StoreKit) — covered by Apple's privacy policy.
  • Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics / Firestore / App Check / Authentication) — covered by the Firebase Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

  • Access & delete: all your data is on your device and in your iCloud, fully removable from iOS itself.
  • Revoke permissions: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → HealthKit / Shortcuts can be revoked anytime.
  • Opt out of analytics: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics disables system-level data sharing.

9. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
