常見問題

Q1. 為什麼 iOS 18.1 以下需要每個 App 都設定一次?

Apple 在 iOS 18.2 才開放 「Get Current App」 Shortcuts action。在那之前,Personal Automations 的 「App Opened」 trigger 只能綁一個特定 App,所以每個 App 都需要獨立的 Automation。我們的設定精靈會逐 App 帶你建立,盡量減少摩擦。

Q2. Personal Automation 為什麼不能由 App 自動建立?

Apple 從未開放任何 API 或 URL scheme 讓第三方 App 程式化建立、預填或分享 Personal Automations。截至 iOS 26.5 仍是如此。這是 Apple 端的硬限制,我們只能用設定精靈引導你手動建立。

Q3. Set Volume 動作有時候會延遲或失敗?

這是 Apple Shortcuts 系統的已知 timing race condition。我們在生成的 Shortcut 範本內已加上 「Set Volume X → Wait 0.5s → Set Volume X」 雙保險範本,能大幅降低失敗率,但無法 100% 消除。

Q4. iCloud 同步沒有作用?

請確認:(1) iOS 設定 → [你的名字] → iCloud → iCloud Drive 已開啟;(2) 在 App 設定中已開啟 iCloud 同步;(3) 兩台裝置登入同一個 iCloud 帳號。

Q5. HealthKit 顯示沒有資料?

HealthKit 的耳機音量暴露資料需要你使用相容耳機(AirPods 系列或 MFi 認證耳機)一段時間後才會累積。請至少使用 2–3 天,並確認 iOS 設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 健康 → Per-App Volume Profiles 中已開啟相關存取權限。

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Why does iOS 18.1 or earlier require per-app setup?

Apple only introduced the "Get Current App" Shortcuts action in iOS 18.2. Before that, the Personal Automations "When App Is Opened" trigger could only bind to one specific app, requiring a separate Automation per app. Our setup wizard walks you through each one to minimize friction.

Q2. Why can't the App create Personal Automations automatically?

Apple has never opened any API or URL scheme for third-party apps to programmatically create, pre-fill, or share Personal Automations. As of iOS 26.5 this is still the case. It's a hard restriction on Apple's side; the best we can do is guide you through manual setup.

Q3. Set Volume sometimes lags or fails?

That's a known timing race condition in Apple's Shortcuts system. We mitigate it by generating "Set Volume X → Wait 0.5s → Set Volume X" double-tap templates in every Shortcut. It dramatically reduces failure rates but can't fully eliminate them.

Q4. iCloud sync isn't working?

Check: (1) iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive is enabled; (2) iCloud Sync is enabled in the App's settings; (3) both devices are signed into the same iCloud account.

Q5. HealthKit shows no data?

HealthKit headphone exposure data only accumulates after you've used compatible headphones (AirPods family or MFi-certified) for some time. Use them for at least 2–3 days, and verify Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Per-App Volume Profiles has the relevant permission granted.
