歡迎使用 App Volume（繁體中文名稱「應用音量」，以下稱「本 App」）。下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示你同意以下條款。

1. 服務與系統需求

本 App 提供 iPhone 與 iPad 上的情境模式、App 音量規則、全域規則、藍牙耳機音量、Widget、控制中心、探索、分享與 iCloud 私人備份功能。需要 iOS 或 iPadOS 18.2 以上版本。本 App 不會越獄、修改或繞過 iOS / iPadOS 的系統限制。

2. Apple「捷徑」與個人自動化

App 音量規則實際由 Apple「捷徑」執行。你必須安裝 Per-App Volume 範本，並自行在「捷徑」App 建立一條 App 個人自動化、勾選要控制的 App、選擇該範本並開啟「立即執行」。Apple 沒有提供第三方 App 建立或修改個人自動化的 API，因此本 App 無法替你完成這一步。

切換情境模式不必重建自動化；但新增 App 規則後，你有責任把新 App 加入原本自動化的觸發選擇器。

3. iOS 音量模型與背景播放限制

iOS / iPadOS 提供的是一個全域媒體音量，不是每個 App 各自獨立的音訊混音器。本 App 在某個 App 進入前景時，透過「捷徑」把這個全域媒體音量調整到目前情境模式的數值。

如果音訊 App 繼續在背景播放，之後進入前景的 App 規則仍會改變同一個全域媒體音量。本 App 無法分別控制兩個同時播放的音訊串流，也無法保證 Apple「捷徑」每次都即時、不中斷或完全沒有系統延遲。

4. 藍牙耳機音量限制

耳機獨立音量只支援透過 Apple「捷徑」藍牙個人自動化選擇的藍牙耳機。你必須安裝 Connect 與 Disconnect 兩個 helper 捷徑，並各自建立連線與中斷自動化。

有線耳機不支援。Apple 沒有提供對應的有線耳機自動化觸發，且 iOS 不會可靠地向本 App 揭露目前音訊輸出。本 App 記錄的是 helper 自動化通知的狀態；如果自動化未執行、選錯藍牙裝置或輸出路徑在其他地方改變，可能套用到不符合預期的音量。

5. 你的設定與安全責任

• 你負責建立、檢查與維護自己的情境模式、App 規則與「捷徑」自動化。
• 請先在安全環境與低音量下測試，再依賴任何自動音量變更。
• 切換輸出裝置、連接藍牙耳機或修改規則後，請確認實際系統音量。
• 請勿只依賴本 App 管理可能影響安全、警示、通訊或聽力的音量。

6. 探索、分享與使用者內容

「探索」中的情境模式是可編輯的起點，不保證適合你的裝置、App 或環境。匯入後請自行檢查音量。

分享連結會包含情境模式名稱與匯入所需規則，包括 App 識別資訊與音量值。任何取得連結的人都可以查看與匯入。你保留自己內容的權利，但授權本 App 為產生、顯示與匯入分享內容而處理該資料。你不得分享違法、侵權、惡意或含有他人機密資訊的內容。

7. iCloud 私人備份

備份資料存放於你自己的 Apple CloudKit 私人資料庫。本功能是備份與還原，不是即時跨裝置同步。我們不保證備份永遠可用、零延遲或不會受到 iCloud 登入狀態、容量、網路、Apple 服務中斷或系統變更影響。請保留你認為必要的其他紀錄，並在還原後檢查結果。

8. 線上服務與回饋

探索、遠端設定、更新檢查、捷徑範本位置與回饋提交可能依賴 Firebase 或其他網路服務。服務可能因維護、網路、平台政策或第三方中斷而暫時無法使用。回饋內容必須由你主動送出；請勿提交你無權分享的資料。

9. 費用

目前 App Store 上的版本免費提供，沒有訂閱。App Store 頁面會顯示當下適用的價格與商業條件；若未來有所變更，我們會在適用前更新相關說明與條款。

10. 禁止行為

• 不得逆向工程、反編譯、破壞或未經授權存取本 App 或其線上服務，但適用法律明確允許者除外。
• 不得濫用探索、分享或回饋功能進行垃圾訊息、騷擾、詐欺、侵權或干擾服務。
• 不得冒充他人或試圖繞過安全、驗證及使用限制。

11. 智慧財產權

本 App 的程式碼、設計、品牌 App Volume 與原創內容屬 xup Studio 或其授權人所有。Apple、「捷徑」、iCloud 及其他第三方名稱與商標屬各自權利人所有。

12. 隱私

我們如何處理資料，請參閱隱私權政策。使用本 App 即表示你了解本 App 依該政策處理資料。

13. 免責聲明與責任限制

本 App 依「現狀」與「可用狀態」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證本 App 或 Apple「捷徑」、CloudKit、Firebase 等第三方服務永遠正確、即時、不間斷、無錯誤或適合特定用途。

自動音量變更可能造成音訊過大、過小、未聽見通知或其他非預期結果。App Volume 不是醫療、聽力保護或緊急警示服務。你必須自行確認安全音量與重要警示。在法律允許的最大範圍內，xup Studio 不對因使用或無法使用本 App 所生的直接、間接、附帶或衍生損失負責，包括資料遺失、錯過警示、聽力傷害或其他音量變更後果。

14. 終止、變更與準據法

你可以隨時刪除本 App 停止使用。我們可能為安全、法律、平台要求或產品維護而修改或停止部分功能。條款若有實質變更，會更新本頁日期並在適當時於 App 內說明。

本條款依中華民國（臺灣）法律解釋；法律允許範圍內，爭議以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。你所在地不可排除的消費者權利不受影響。

Welcome to App Volume (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service & System Requirements

The App provides Modes, app volume rules, Global Rules, Bluetooth headphone volumes, widgets, Control Center controls, Discover, sharing, and private iCloud backup on iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS or iPadOS 18.2 or later. The App does not jailbreak, modify, or bypass iOS or iPadOS restrictions.

2. Apple Shortcuts & Personal Automations

App volume rules are executed by Apple Shortcuts. You must install the Per-App Volume template and personally create one App Personal Automation in Shortcuts, select the apps you want to control, choose that template, and enable Run Immediately. Apple provides no API for third-party apps to create or edit Personal Automations, so the App cannot complete this step for you.

Switching Modes does not require rebuilding the automation. When you add an app rule, however, you are responsible for adding that app to the existing automation's trigger picker.

3. iOS Volume Model & Background Playback Limits

iOS and iPadOS provide one global media volume, not a separate audio mixer for every app. When an app enters the foreground, the App uses Shortcuts to adjust that global media volume to the value in the active Mode.

If an audio app keeps playing in the background, a rule for the next foreground app still changes the same global media volume. The App cannot independently control two simultaneous audio streams, and it cannot guarantee that Apple Shortcuts will always execute instantly, without interruption, or without system delay.

4. Bluetooth Headphone Volume Limits

Separate headphone volume supports only Bluetooth headphones selected in an Apple Shortcuts Bluetooth Personal Automation. You must install the Connect and Disconnect helper shortcuts and create separate connect and disconnect automations.

Wired headphones are not supported. Apple does not provide a corresponding wired-headphone automation trigger, and iOS does not reliably expose the current audio output to the App. The App records the state reported by the helper automations. If an automation does not run, the wrong Bluetooth device is selected, or the output route changes elsewhere, an unexpected volume may be applied.

5. Your Setup & Safety Responsibilities

• You are responsible for creating, checking, and maintaining your Modes, app rules, and Shortcuts automations.
• Test at a low volume in a safe environment before relying on any automatic volume change.
• Verify the actual system volume after changing output devices, connecting Bluetooth headphones, or editing rules.
• Do not rely on the App alone to manage volume that may affect safety, alerts, communication, or hearing.

6. Discover, Sharing & User Content

Modes in Discover are editable starting points and are not guaranteed to suit your device, apps, or environment. Review their volume values after import.

A share link contains the Mode name and rules needed for import, including app identifiers and volume values. Anyone with the link can view and import them. You retain your rights in your content but grant the App permission to process it as needed to create, display, and import the share. You may not share unlawful, infringing, malicious, or confidential content belonging to another person.

7. Private iCloud Backup

Backup data is stored in your own Apple CloudKit private database. This feature is backup and restore, not live cross-device sync. We do not guarantee that backups will always be available, instant, or unaffected by iCloud sign-in state, capacity, network access, Apple service interruption, or system changes. Keep any other records you consider necessary and check the result after restore.

8. Online Services & Feedback

Discover, remote configuration, update checks, shortcut template locations, and feedback submission may depend on Firebase or other network services. They may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, platform policy, or third-party interruption. Feedback is sent only when you submit it; do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

9. Fees

The current App Store version is provided free of charge and has no subscription. The App Store page shows the price and commercial terms currently in effect. If those change in the future, we will update the applicable disclosures and terms before they apply.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, or access the App or its online services without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not misuse Discover, sharing, or feedback for spam, harassment, fraud, infringement, or service disruption.
• Do not impersonate others or attempt to bypass security, authentication, or usage controls.

11. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, App Volume brand, and original content belong to xup Studio or its licensors. Apple, Shortcuts, iCloud, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

12. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how data is processed. By using the App, you acknowledge that processing.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App or third-party services such as Apple Shortcuts, CloudKit, or Firebase will always be correct, immediate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Automatic volume changes can make audio louder or quieter than expected, contribute to missed alerts, or cause other unintended results. App Volume is not a medical, hearing-protection, or emergency-alert service. You must verify safe volume and important alerts yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xup Studio is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the App, including loss of data, missed alerts, hearing injury, or other consequences of volume changes.

14. Termination, Changes & Governing Law

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may modify or discontinue features for security, legal, platform, or maintenance reasons. If these terms change materially, we will update the date on this page and provide an in-app explanation when appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be heard in the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. Non-waivable consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
