歡迎使用 Per-App Volume Profiles（主畫面 icon 顯示為 AppVolume，以下簡稱「本 App」）。下載、安裝或使用本 App 即表示你同意以下條款。

1. 服務說明

本 App 提供 iPhone 與 iPad 上的 per-app 音量管理功能。其運作機制依賴 iOS 系統提供的 Shortcuts、Personal Automations、HealthKit、StoreKit、CloudKit 等 API。本 App 不會修改、繞過或破解任何 iOS 系統限制。

2. iOS Shortcuts 依賴聲明

本 App 的音量切換實際上是由 iOS Shortcuts 系統 執行。我們透過 shortcuts://create-shortcut 與 Personal Automation 設定指南幫你建立必要的 Shortcuts 與自動化。執行結果受 iOS 系統行為影響，我們無法保證 100% 即時或無延遲（例如 Apple 已知的 Set Volume timing race condition 在某些情況可能造成短暫延遲）。

3. 訂閱與付款

3.1 免費版

包含 1 個自訂設定檔、3 條規則、5 組內建情境預覽。

3.2 Pro 訂閱

解鎖無限設定檔、無限規則、進階觸發（Focus Mode / 時段 / 耳機分流）、聽力健康整合、iCloud 分享功能。訂閱費用、週期、續訂條款依 App Store 顯示的當地價格為準。

3.3 付款處理

所有付款由 Apple App Store 處理。除非在到期前 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會自動續期。可於 iOS 設定 → [你的名字] → 訂閱項目管理。

3.4 退款

退款請求一律透過 Apple Report a Problem 申請。我們沒有獨立退款管道。

4. 使用者責任

  • 你必須擁有合法授權使用 App Store 帳戶、HealthKit、iCloud 等 Apple 服務。
  • 不得逆向工程、反編譯本 App。
  • 不得將 App 的功能轉售、商業化散布或濫用至 App Store Guideline 不允許的範圍。
  • 聽力相關功能僅供參考，請勿視為醫療建議。

5. 智慧財產權

本 App 的程式碼、設計、品牌（Per-App Volume Profiles、AppVolume）皆屬 xup Studio 所有。所有商標權保留。第三方依賴項目（如 Firebase iOS SDK）依其各自授權條款使用。

6. 免責聲明

本 App 「按現況」（AS IS）提供，不保證：

  • 適合任何特定用途。
  • 無錯誤或不中斷。
  • 與所有 iOS 版本完全相容（特別是 iOS 18.2 以前的 Personal Automations 機制差異）。

聽力健康提醒僅基於 HealthKit 數據，不構成醫療診斷或建議。如有聽力問題請諮詢專業醫師。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，xup Studio 對因使用或無法使用本 App 而導致的任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生性損失不承擔責任，包括但不限於資料遺失、收益損失、聽力損傷。

8. 終止

你可以隨時刪除本 App 終止本條款。我們保留在合理理由下暫停或終止你存取本 App 部分功能的權利。

9. 條款變更

條款若有實質變更，會在 App 內或本網頁公告。持續使用視為接受新版條款。

10. 準據法

本條款依中華民國（臺灣）法律解釋。任何爭議由臺灣臺北地方法院作為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to Per-App Volume Profiles (Home Screen icon labeled AppVolume; hereafter "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

The App provides per-app volume management on iPhone and iPad. Its operation relies on iOS system APIs including Shortcuts, Personal Automations, HealthKit, StoreKit, and CloudKit. The App does not modify, bypass, or jailbreak any iOS system restrictions.

2. iOS Shortcuts Dependency

Volume switching is actually executed by the iOS Shortcuts system. We use shortcuts://create-shortcut and Personal Automation setup guidance to help you build the required Shortcuts and automations. Execution timing is governed by iOS system behavior; we cannot guarantee 100% instant or delay-free execution (e.g. Apple's known Set Volume timing race condition can cause brief delays in some cases).

3. Subscriptions & Payment

3.1 Free Tier

Includes 1 custom profile, 3 rules, and preview of 5 built-in template packs.

3.2 Pro Subscription

Unlocks unlimited profiles, unlimited rules, advanced triggers (Focus Mode / time of day / headphone routing), Hearing Health integration, and iCloud profile sharing. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms follow whatever the App Store displays in your locale.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage via iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests must go through Apple's Report a Problem. We do not have an independent refund channel.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must have valid authorization to use your App Store account, HealthKit, iCloud, and other Apple services.
  • You may not reverse engineer or decompile the App.
  • You may not resell, commercially redistribute, or use the App's functionality in ways prohibited by App Store Guidelines.
  • Hearing-related features are for reference only and should not be treated as medical advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, and brand (Per-App Volume Profiles, AppVolume) are owned by xup Studio. All trademarks reserved. Third-party dependencies (such as Firebase iOS SDK) are used under their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" with no warranty of:

  • Suitability for any particular purpose.
  • Being error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Full compatibility with all iOS versions (notably the Personal Automations behavior differences before iOS 18.2).

Hearing Health notifications are based solely on HealthKit data and do not constitute medical diagnosis or advice. Consult a healthcare professional for hearing concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xup Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, or hearing damage.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to certain features for reasonable cause.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you in-app or on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be heard in the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
